General Public - Anyone and everyone! Film maker or not! This is for anyone who does not meet the college or high-school requirements for registration.
College - This includes current college students and college - school staff. MUST present your school ID, at day of event OR at a Live Registration.
High-School - Any High-School students with ID, or current schedule, or letter from their school confirming you are a current student can apply.
